Method of Payments：

1. Credit Card Payment, print out the order form and fax it to FMP at (02) 2912-9788
2. There are other payment methods that require bank accounts in Taiwan, please see payment methods in Chinese version for details.

Confirmation：
You will receive a Taiwan Government Unified Invoices as a confirmation by mail within 7 days when the order has been processed.
We will email you when a order cannot be processed, for example, out of stock, or out of our delivery territory.

Subscription Rights and Information

• First issue arrival:
  For most magazines, it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for the first issue will arrive on weekly magazines. Monthly magazines usually will arrive at the following month of your order. If there any special requests please email to inform us.
• Change of address:
  You may change your mailing address by informing us with an email with new contact details.
• Non-delivery:
  If there were non-delivery after 15 days of the issue date, please email us to send make-up copy. However, the request may not exceed 60 days of the issue date. Make-up copy is limited to once per issue.
• Government Unified Invoices:
  You may request for a GUI to report as company expenses, please see the Chinese Version on details.
• Shipping Charges:
  Subscriptions from China, Hong Kong, and Macau..., additional postage charges will based on The Taiwan Postal Services.
